Green patterns run throughout this nephrite jade from Wyoming. I bought a large chunk of jade from a Wyoming miner, sawed it, shaped it and polished it into these elegant straight drops. These are interesting because one of the earrings has a small vein of clear quartz at the bottom. These are delicate but strong earrings and I hammered a glittering silver accent to hold them to the handmade ear wire. I’ve drilled each one with a tiny drill bit and made a tiny rivet to hold that hammered silver accent.
The jade is approximately 1 1/2″ long.
