Red petrified dinosaur bone! This is an unusual gemstone, the rough piece was found in the deserts of Utah and I carved this shape in my studio. It has a beautiful pattern of red with a little bit of white. I imprinted a texture into the silver bracelet to compliment the stone.
Petrified dinosaur bone is formed over millions of years as the original bone material slowly dissolves away, new minerals flow into the open spots and crystallize.
