I finished polishing this round disk of Wind River Agate just in time for the summer solstice and it reminds me of a beautiful planet or sun. When you hold it up to the light you see rings and patterns in the agate and the color is a milky white to a very light beige. The agate is from the Wind River area of Wyoming and I cut and polished it in my studio. The center naturally had a small hole that I drilled larger and then I hammered and formed a strip of silver to hang it on a chain. One of a kind.
This is large, a statement pendant, and is about 2.5″ in diameter, it hangs on an 18″ silver cable chain or you can opt for a long 30″ ball chain if you like long necklaces.
