Description
This is an oval slice of Wind River Agate with a subtle brown vein. I finished three of these agate pendants right at the summer solstice and I love how they catch the sunlight and glow when you hold them up to the sky. The agate is milky white with brown lines and you can see rings and patterns when held in the light but it looks almost clear when you wear it. The agate is from the Wind River area of Wyoming and I cut and polished it in my studio. I drilled a small hole, hammered and formed a strip of silver and riveted that to the stone to delicately hang it from a silver chain. One of a kind.
The stone is about 2 x 2.5 inches, it hangs on an 18″ silver cable chain.
