Ordering and Shipping information
Payments:
I accept all major credit cards through PayPal for online purchases (no PayPal account needed to use), I also accept Venmo Payments.
Timeline:
Ready to ship jewelry will be shipped within a week of receipt of payment. Made to order jewelry or rings requiring a sizing will be shipped within 2-4 weeks of receipt of payment, ask ahead for my schedule if you are tight on time. International orders can take 5 or more weeks for receipt. Timeline for custom orders will be determined dependent on project scope.
Custom Work Rush Orders:
If a rush is needed for custom work, please e-mail before ordering and inquire whether a rush is possible. Rush orders are sometimes available, it depends on the schedule. There is added cost for rushes.
Insured Domestic Shipping:
I use U.S. Postal Service with delivery confirmation service; all orders are sent insured, I charge $5 flat rate.
Insured International Shipping:
International orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail to the following countries:
Europe, Australia, more countries being added…please contact me if your country is not yet available and I can work with you. Thank you.
The international rate is $40 but be aware that your country may have additional customs costs that would be in addition to the shipping fees (sometimes equal to or more than the shipping fee), these customs costs are not included in your order.
Engraving:
Engraving is available on some rings, contact me to ask. I can only engrave in ALL CAPS and I have numbers, some punctuation, as well as a heart and double heart symbol. Extra fee will be applied.
Returns:
Merchandise can be returned for a full refund if it is returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Engraving service cost will not be returned. Custom orders cannot be returned. Please send an e-mail so I can keep an eye out for the jewelry.
