Ordering and Shipping information
I accept all major credit cards through PayPal for online purchases, you do not need a PayPal account if you would like to use PayPal.
Ready to ship jewelry will be shipped within a week of receipt of payment. Made to order jewelry or rings requiring a sizing will be shipped within 3-4 weeks of receipt of payment. International orders can take 5 or more weeks for receipt. Timeline for custom orders will be determined dependent on project scope.
Custom Work Rush Orders:
If a rush is needed for custom work, please e-mail before ordering and inquire whether a rush is possible. Rush orders are sometimes available, it depends on the schedule. There is added cost for rushes.
Insured Domestic Shipping:
I use U.S. Postal Service Priority with delivery confirmation service; all orders are sent insured
The domestic USPS Priority rate: $10.50 flat rate.
Insured International Shipping:
International orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail to the following countries:
Europe, Australia, more countries being added as I rebuild this website…please contact me if your country is not yet available and I can work with you. Thank you.
The international rate is $40 but be aware that your country may have high customs costs that would be in addition to the shipping fees (sometimes equal to or more than the shipping fee), these customs costs are not included in your order.
Wrong Ring Size:
If you order a wrong size for a hammered ring, you may exchange it once for another size without charge but I do ask for appropriate shipping to be included. After that, any further ring sizing will be charged. Please e-mail before you mail it back so I can expect it. Other rings may be able to be re-sized, e-mail me and ask if it’s possible.
Engraving is available on some rings. Currently I can only engrave in ALL CAPS and I have numbers, some punctuation, as well as a heart and double heart symbol. Extra fee will be applied.
Merchandise can be returned for a full refund if it is returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Engraving service cost will not be returned. Custom orders cannot be returned. If your order was placed using PayPal, there may be a slight fee taken off of your return payment. Please send an e-mail so I can keep an eye out for the jewelry.
