Hanging from a red garnet strand are three striped petals of sterling silver. I hammered the texture into the silver to create a light attracting shape and they became slightly curved as I was hammering them. The lines are reminiscent of many organic patterns in the natural world. Garnet is a luxurious, deep red gemstone, like the color of pomegranates.
The necklace is approximately 18″ long and has a handmade hook clasp. Solid sterling silver.
