Description
Sunstone is thought to bring joy, good nature and sweetness to your life. Sunstone has a natural glitter because of aventurescence, a phenomenon of light reflecting from small mineral inclusions inside of the stone. It radiates light and sunshine. These are very large hand tooled spirals with 5 faceted drops of orange sunstone hanging beneath.
The stamped jewelry collection features relief designs that I hammer into the surface of gold and silver. I use specialty punching tools to create this texture and hammer each mark, some pieces may have over a hundred little imprints. I am attracted to creating spirals and rays, dots and dashes and enjoy that they reflect shiny light.
These are large drop earrings imprinted with spirals.
