Description
A large oval of Mendocino County, California jade! This cuff bracelet has sparkling rays of hammered silver that wrap around your wrist and hold the center gem perfectly. This jade is a pale green and white swirl and that was found in Mendocino County, Ca. I cut and shaped it in my studio.
The west coast has small jade deposits from Central America to British Columbia. Jade colors and patterns vary depending on the locale and the minerals involved during formation. Much of the jade in the Mendocino area has this very pale green and white swirl and some is mixed with a dark green.
The cuff bracelet tapers from about 1 inch on the top to a 1/4 inch in the back. It is one piece of solid silver that I cut and split so it is nice and strong. This bracelet fits most wrists and can be slightly squeezed or stretched apart to fit perfectly.
