Swirling Mendocino Jade Ring

Description

An elongated oval of swirling green and white jade is set in silver on top of a striped ring band. The pattern of the jade is super pretty and flowing, I never know what a rough stones holds within and it isn’t until I start carving and polishing that I find out. This jade is from Mendocino County, Ca, I began with a rough chunk that I saw and carve into sculptural shapes, and then I custom make a setting and ring. This ring is 3 small bands of silver that I slightly hammered and about 6mm wide, gemstone is approx. 3/4″ long. Size 7 1/2 (can be stretched a 1/2 size if needed).
