Mendocino Jade Tiny Drop Necklace

Description

A tiny drop of light green Mendocino jade. For this necklace, I sourced the jade locally and carved it thin because I knew it would create a stained glass effect when held to the light. To finish it, I added an accent of hammered silver that adds a glittering attachment to the silver chain. This special jade was found in Mendocino County, in northern California. It is a translucent pale green and white color with veins of darker green and dots of black.

Approximately 1/2 inch long, on 18″ sterling silver chain.
